Have you got an experience of dementia services to share?

Healthwatch Derbyshire wants to hear from people living with dementia, their family and carers, about the care and support they receive.

They want to hear from anyone who has had experience of dementia services in the last year.

The information you give them will be collected anonymously and shared with those responsible for running dementia services, so that they know what works well and what doesn’t.

If you have something to say about dementia services, Healthwatch Derbyshire would love to hear from you.

Please see below to see how to get in contact with Healthwatch Derbyshire for more information.

  • Free Welfare Rights Clinics

    Free Welfare Rights Clinics

Derbyshire Carers Association is working with Derbyshire Welfare Rights Service to offer carers free information and advice on welfare issues. The first clinics will be held in September, and if carers feel these are beneficial we hope to roll these out across Derbyshire.

DCA is committed to organising regular Welfare Rights Clinics, enabling carers to access specialist information and advice on benefits, allowances and other issues.

Our first clinic will be Thursday 21st September at Derbyshire Carers Association, Genesis Business Park, 32-46 King Street, Alfreton, DE55 7DQ

To book a place or to register your interest in future clinics please call us on 01773 833833.
