A MONTHLY VIRTUAL MEMORY LOSS CARERS SUPPORT GROUP
Our support group is for carers who are caring for someone with memory loss. No diagnosis needed and our group is made up of a mixture of carers, those who are new to their caring role and those who have been doing it for many years. Along the way, we will be inviting speakers, delivering movement and art workshops and also supporting one another through a good ol’ chin wag & a cuppa! This group is about you as a carer and what you would like to get from it, but also to meet other carers in a similar situation to yourselves. Due to COVID we are running this via ZOOM.

Group 1 - 3rd Thursday of every month 2pm - 3.30pm
Group 2 - 2nd Thursday of every month 2pm - 3.30pm

A MONTHLY VIRTUAL MENTAL HEALTH CARERS SUPPORT GROUP
Are you caring for someone who has a mental health illness? If so, you might like to join our virtual Mental Health Carer Support Group via Zoom.
