This is a new carer booklet written by a carer for people looking after someone with memory loss, from rural/farming communities.

This was produced with the support of the Farming Community Network and Jennifer is very keen that the booklet is shared far and wide.

Carer Support Dorset supported Jennifer on her quest to make this important information more readily available, as she struggled to cope when her husband became ill and felt there was very little information/support for someone trying to cope with caring for a loved one and running a tomato farm which was falling into disrepair.
