Introducing Lyn McNair as our new Carer Social Connect Worker covering the Chesterfield, High Peak and Dales districts.

Lyn will be supporting carers to connect with the right support and/or activities in their localities.

Through the provision of a personalised plan Lyn will work closely with carers and local interest and support groups to help carers feel more connected to their community.

We also need volunteers, so whether you want to make use of the service or want to ‘give where you live’ please contact Lyn at lyn.mcnair@derbyshirecarers.co.uk or call 01773 833833
