Derbyshire Carers Association (DCA) is delighted to announce that Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS) has signed the DCA Carers Pledge, marking a significant step forward in recognising and supporting unpaid carers within the workplace.
By signing the Carers Pledge, DCHS has made a clear commitment to:
As part of this commitment, DCHS will now work in close partnership with DCA to achieve recognition as a Carer Friendly Employer through their Carer Friendly Employer Quality Mark – a local accreditation that celebrates and promotes best practice in carer support across Derbyshire workplaces.
