Drop-in Community Event – You’re Invited!

We’re hosting a relaxed drop‑in event on 29th July, and we’d love you to come along, say hello, and hear about some of the work we’ve been doing to support Carers across Derbyshire.

This isn’t a formal event - just a chance to pop in, grab a cuppa, chat with the team, and take a look at some of the projects we’ve been working on, including hospital discharge support, and Bridgit Care.
