Originally a form of Chinese martial art, nowadays it is taught as gentle form of exercise and is practiced around the world.

It helps to develop a healthy body and mind 🔋.

It has many benefits in terms of relaxation, stress-relief, increased flexibility, and fitness. 

✨In this hour session we will go through gentle movements developing body and mind 🙌.
