Is my busy, stressful lifestyle making my hot flushes, brain fog and weight gain worse?
This workshop is designed to give attendees an understanding of how our stress hormone Cortisol negatively impacts all 34 symptoms of menopause and what those 34 symptoms are.
More importantly, we will go over how making a few small lifestyle changes around sleep, nutrition and movement can really help improve our symptoms, aid weight loss, as well as help us manage our stressors.
There will also be chance to ask any questions after the session.
