At our Carers Week Roadshow, you’ll have the chance to connect with external services, discover helpful resources, and access a wellbeing activity designed to recharge and support you. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet other Carers, share experiences, and take a well-deserved moment for yourself!
A therapist will be there delivering short massages and Carers can choose from hand, arm, neck, shoulders and head massages.
