Wellbeing Walk with Natural England - No booking required

Join us for a walk down Cressbrook Dale, part of the Derbyshire Dales National Nature Reserve   (NNR) to see the lovely limestone scenery including the impressive Peter‘s Stone Rock. It’s an unspoilt dry dale for most of the year ,where there are tranquil grassy slopes + rocky outcrops and you can enjoy walking without the sound of traffic.  We will also pass by historical lead mine remains such as the mine shaft from Neptune Mine.

Meeting Point is The Yondermans Café car park at 10am – Wardlow Mires, Buxton, SK17 8RW.

Refreshments after the walk will be in The Yonderman café where we can relax and chat.

Please note that sturdy footwear must be worn due to the uneven terrain.
