☕ Come and join DAACSS and Move More Amber Valley at Riddings Community Centre.
🕛 At 12:15pm we will be having a gentle walk around the park for 30 minutes.
🕛 At 1:15pm we will be doing some light chair based exercises, followed by refreshments.
