Derbyshire Carers Association warmly welcome all Carers to our FREE event to raise awareness of mental health, in recognition of Men’s Mental Health Month and Interfaith Week.

There will be guided meditation, aromatherapy mix and blend sessions, treatments, refreshments, blood pressure tests and goody bags!

There will also be 4 - 5 mental health and physical wellbeing stall holders.
