Come along to our Carers Cuppa and Chat at Long Eaton Rugby Club

Friday 16th February  10.30am – 1.30pm . 

This session will focus on self care and pamper treatments will be available by therapist.

There will also be crafts and fun activities that will help challenge and strengthen your mental well-being.

Refreshments will be provided
