Derbyshire Carers Association is working with health and social care partners to gain a better understanding of Carers’ views on sharing their personal information with the services they use.πŸ™‚

Carers often tell us they want joined-up systems so they don’t have to repeat their story multiple times.

Liz Greer from Partners in Care and Health will be joining us to ask carers for their views about sharing their personal information with their local council, the NHS and other organisations in Derby and Derbyshire which provide support to carers. πŸ’™

Liz is involved in a project which aims to understand whether carers have any concerns about telling the council or the NHS (eg their GP) that they are a carer.

πŸ“…Thursday 14th August @ 2.30pm

πŸ“Via Teams

πŸ“žPlease contact carersvoice@derbyshirecarers.co.uk or ring: 07816 283 550 to book your place or find out more.
