Last week, we were proud to host our Hconnect Celebration Day, bringing together colleagues, healthcare professionals, partner organisations, project commissioners, and members of the Hconnect team to reflect on and celebrate the achievements of the ARF Project.
The event showcased the significant progress made over the past 18 months, with a presentation highlighting key milestones, outcomes, and the impact of the project. Most importantly, it was an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the dedication, collaboration, and hard work of everyone involved in supporting unpaid carers throughout the project.
A huge thank you to all those who have contributed to making Hconnect such a success. Together, we have helped strengthen the recognition, involvement, and support of unpaid carers across Derby and Derbyshire.
