Derbyshire Carers Association is running a Consultation Project across the High Peak until the end of 2023. We are consulting both Adult Carers and Young Carers.

The High Peak Consultation Project has two main aims: firstly to listen to and record the experiences of carers in the High Peak, and secondly to make ‘best practice’ recommendations for future service provision, based on carers’ feedback. We want to improve the overall experience for people like you.

If you are a Young Carer, please make sure that you have a parent or guardian’s consent to answer these questions.
