Yesterday we were privileged to have a visit from Princess Anne to celebrate 30 years of DCA supporting Carers in Derbyshire.
People from the local community came out in force to welcome her to Ripley.
Once inside the Princess met many of the Carers we support and spoke at length with them about their caring role.
The Carers were very happy to meet her and expressed afterwards how knowledgeable she was about Carers issues and how down to earth she was.
