H-Connect and DAACSS will be continuing to support Carers by offering a monthly stand in the Main Hospital Corridor at Entrance A at the Florence Nightingale Community Hospital, where there will be a whole host of leaflets and information that can help support Carers within Derbyshire, which will include information on Carers Rights too.
