Derbyshire All Age Carers Support Service (DAACSS) are working towards being a carer-led service; offering the support that you want, in the format that is most helpful to you.
Please help us to do this; now is the opportunity to have your voice heard!
We are currently running consultation and co-production projects across Derbyshire. We want you to tell us the current realities and experiences of being a carer, and to share your recommendations for future provision. Carers’ Voice has recently concluded a year-long consultation project with carers in High Peak. Time Swap Partnership -
We are aware that carers have a huge wealth of experience and knowledge to share, but finding the time to get involved can be challenging. Therefore we have partnered with Time Swap. Time Swap is a local service that encourages communities to help each other by sharing skills, talents and time.
Our partnership with Time Swap means that if you spend an hour talking us, sharing your caring experiences, then you are eligible to receive an hour’s assistance from someone else on the scheme – whether that’s a hand with the gardening, IT lessons, or even a cookery class!
