Drumming together is a great way to have some fun, get some exercise and de-stress.

Using West African drums and percussion Chris will teach a little bit of technique, a few simple rhythms and then lead a session of rhythmic connection where people can experience the joy of playing as a group, making a 'soundscape' together do a little solo if they want.

Warning: drumming can create spontaneous outbursts of smiling and laughter.
