Join us for a walk around Holme Brook Valley Park, Chesterfield where our walk leads will take you on a guided walk around the park, taking in the nature whilst chatting to other Carers.
Tuesday 15th July 2025 from 11am onwards
This walk will be on uneven grounds, please make sure you are wearing appropriate footwear.
Meeting point will be given out upon booking.
