In Mindfulness, we are developing our skills to be happier. In this session, you will learn what Mindfulness is about, how it can elevate happiness, how to manage and work with our emotions and how to increase our mental and emotional wellbeing.
As we practice, we become more aware of our own nature, our habits of thoughts and feelings and how we can make positive behavioural changes.
The session is ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners to gain a greater understanding of the subject.
