Derbyshire Carers Association provide access to a free, impartial legal clinic service for eligible Carers.
The legal clinic service is kindly provided by Legal Advisors on behalf of ABG Solicitors, who are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
The Legal Advisors are fully independent of Derbyshire Carers Association. Following the free session, Carers are under absolutely no obligation to continue with the solicitor who provided the free advice.
Their solicitor will be on hand to advise you on a range of matters, including:
- Wills, Probate & Trusts
- Powers of Attorney
- Care Home Fees
- Moving House
- Family Matters
- Personal Injury
- Dispute Resolution
- Commercial and Business matters
