Tina Curran (HConnect Engagement Worker) and Rebecca Volli (Chesterfield Royal Liaison Worker) hosted an information stand yesterday in the main entrance of Chesterfield Royal Hospital 🏥.
They engaged with Carers to help raise awareness of the support available both within the hospital and across the wider community 🌟.
They spoke with Carers about the assistance available during hospital visits or admissions, as well as external services offering ongoing advice, guidance, and practical support.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to listen to Carers’ experiences, answer questions, and ensure they feel recognised, valued, and supported in their vital role ❤️🙌.
