If not, why don’t you join our carer awareness training for an informal and friendly 1 hour skill development workshop.
These sessions are hosted by one of Hconnect’s hospital liaison workers who will be on hand to answer any questions, provide resources and help build your confidence in identifying and supporting carers you may come into contact with.
