Derbyshire County Council (DCC)  are recommissioning the support service for Derbyshire Carers which is currently being delivered by Derbyshire Carers Association (DCA) on behalf of them and the Derbyshire Integrated Care Board.

To help DCC update the contract for this service, they would like to know what you think of the support currently offered by DCA, what is and isn’t working well and if there are any gaps or improvements they could make.

Being a Carer can be very rewarding and challenging at times too and that’s why it’s important for DCC to understand what support and information you need.

Complete the survey

The next Carers support service contract will go live on 1 April 2024 and DCC will publicise the details of who will provide this service at the beginning of 2024.

If you have any questions or would like more information, please call DCC's adult care team on 01629 531307 or email telladultcare@derbyshire.gov.uk.

The survey will close on Friday 16 June 2023.
