💙 Know Your Numbers 💙

Know Your Numbers Week is a national campaign that raises awareness of high blood pressure and the importance of regular checks.

As part of the week, the free Healthy Lifestyles service will be offering free blood pressure checks at a range of community locations, alongside Derbyshire Carers Association 🤝

This is also a great opportunity to find out more about Live Life Better Derbyshire’s free support services, including:

🚭 Stop smoking support
⚖️ Weight management programmes
🏃 Advice to help you become more active
💬 Support and guidance for unpaid Carers

❤️ Keeping an eye on your blood pressure is one of the simplest ways to protect your long‑term health. Come along, get checked, and discover how we can support you to live a healthier life!
