Join us for the next session of Moment of Reflection, a gentle space created especially for unpaid carers to pause, connect, and reflect.

Following the heartfelt discussions in our first session on the theme of LOVE, we’re excited to continue this journey together. In Part 2, we’ll explore deeper layers of love—what it looks like in the caring role, how we receive it, and ways we can keep our hearts open even in the most challenging moments.

We’re honoured to have Michael Hall, retired Church Minister and carer, take a leading role in this session. Michael will share reflections, stories, and thoughtful prompts to guide our conversation. I’ll be facilitating and supporting alongside him, ensuring a warm and inclusive space for everyone.

Whether you came to the first session or this is your first time joining us, you are welcome. This is your time to pause, breathe, and be supported.
